Dear holiday guests!

Our exclusive holiday apartment  should be a second home for you. You should be able to feel good and rest. We have put a lot of effort into the furnishing and decoration and hope that you will find everything you need. The following house rules should be an aid for a harmonious stay. We have also listed some rules that we hope you will understand. By treating the apartment properly, you will help us in the future to offer you and other guests satisfactory rooms.

Generally

Should you miss anything in the facility or if you need help, please do not hesitate to contact us. All things that are in the holiday apartment / holiday home or on the balcony or terrace, or belong to it, may and should be used by the guests. Please handle all furnishings and inventory carefully and treat the rental property with care. Please ensure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions.

Arrival and departure 

The arrival takes place by arrangement. On the day of departure we ask our guests to  Vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. at the latest. On your departure  the holiday home should look the way you found it  to have. 

Minimum rental period  and maximum occupancy 

three days or on request . The apartment is limited to two people.

Price and conditions

The cheapest price  is  in the  Online booking is stored on the website and is  for one or two people. If you see higher prices on online portals, it's because we pass the fees on.

Specials prices include additional services as stated in the offer.

Other additional services (such as breakfast, wine, additional coffee capsules, etc.)  can be booked separately.

The price includes the statutory value added tax, for business customers the value added tax can be reported.

In addition, we charge a guest fee (visitor's tax)  the city of Bad Dürkheim in the respective amount per person and night.

Booking information

When booking / making a reservation, 100% of the amount is due in advance. You will receive a proper invoice for this, which you have to pay up to 14 days before departure. Please note that the admission / accommodation contract is concluded as soon as you have made an online booking or the holiday apartment has been ordered, confirmed or made available. In the event of non-use, the agreed price less any savings to be determined in each individual case must be paid, but only if it is not possible to sublet the room for the period in question.

are not permitted with us 

kitchen

Please handle the kitchen equipment and technical devices with care.  Since a dirty kitchen does not please anyone, please provide crockery, pots and pans  Only put cutlery in the cupboards when it is clean and dry. Make hot pots  and other hot items, please do not place them on the tables or the coasters without coasters  Countertop. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting.  Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave in a clean condition.

Damage

Nobody deliberately damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks. We would be happy if you can recover the damage  notify us and we will find this out during the final cleaning, not after your departure.
The tenant is liable for damage to the amount of the replacement costs.

Ventilation

To avoid the formation of mold, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently,  at least 1x burst ventilation a day for 5-10 minutes and especially after showering.

Due diligence

We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to take care of it  ensure that fellow travelers and relatives also adhere to the rental conditions. the  The entrance door should always be closed and when leaving the house via  Key to be locked. Likewise, all windows are open when you leave the apartment  to close in order to avoid possible damage from storms or burglary. With the  Resource water and electricity should be used sparingly.

The waste is separated into residual waste, paper and packaging with the green dot. Appropriate trash cans are set up in the apartment. Please only use garbage cans and cosmetic bins in the bathroom with garbage bags and dispose of them closed in the residual waste bin. No rubbish, leftover food, harmful liquids or the like may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilets, wash basins and showers! Avoid anything that can lead to clogging of the pipes (no hygiene items in the toilet).

cleaning

Should you ever have a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to rectify this immediately. We ask you to leave the apartment swept clean on departure and to put all used dishes back in the cupboards.

Rest periods

In the interests of good neighborliness, we ask you to observe the public rest times such as lunch, night and Sunday rest. Out of consideration, silence should also be kept in the holiday apartment between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

Internet / WLAN

In the apartment  a wireless internet connection (WLAN) is available. Please ask us for the access code. The use of the Internet with your own WLAN-enabled device (notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the WLAN connection is free for the tenant. You use the Internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the tenant's use of the Internet. For the use of the Internet access via WLAN, the WLAN usage rules must also be taken into account. Please understand, however, that we (must) protect ourselves against misuse with a signature on our part.

Parking facilities

There is a reserved parking space in front of the house. Further public parking spaces are in the immediate vicinity. 

Domiciliary right

If repairs are necessary immediately, it can be essential that the landlord has to enter the holiday home without the guest's knowledge.

key

Please never give the keys out of your hand. A loss of the key must be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.

liability

The landlord is not liable for valuables belonging to the guest (s).
